How to reach us
The aim of the programmes at the Centre of Building Heritage of the National Technical Museum Plasy is to show children and (not only them) building as a great unexplored world that invites to explore. Together with them we think, discover, touch, create. And of course we don’t miss the construction playground. Unless otherwise stated, programs are suitable for all ages, but we always tailor them to a specific group
Programs must be booked in advance.

ARTS AND CRAFTS WORKSHOPS
SGRAFITA
Workshop participants will learn about when, where, how and why sgraffito was used, each creating their own sgraffito image. They will prepare a frame, apply a layer of painted plaster, a layer of lime, prepare a design or use one of our selection, transfer it to a base and engrave it into the final form.
time requirement: 2 – 2.5 hours
MOSAICS
Everyone will create their own image from prepared ceramic shards of different colours (they can incorporate a mirror, hooks), fix it, transfer it to a prepared plate, which they will paint with glue beforehand. They take away their picture and a bag of pairing paper for subsequent pairing. (It cannot be paired right away, you have to wait for the glue to dry properly.) The program is supported by the RAKO brand, LASSELSBERGER, s.r.o.
