The exhibition presents the phenomenon of Favorit bicycles, produced from the 1950s to the 1990s in Rokycany. On display are popular regular models, which were nevertheless a scarce commodity in their time, as well as racing specials designed for athletes of all cycling disciplines. The exhibition also includes bicycles of Czechoslovak representatives.

The exhibition “Favorit Phenomenon” presents the history of bicycle production in Rokycany. It proves that the Favorit brand was one of the few that gained credit both for its quality and (in)availability in the times of the socialist experimentation.
In Rokycany, they were one of the few in the world to produce not only road bikes, but also track bikes, tandems, special bikes for racing behind motorized drivers, cyclocross bikes, figure skating bikes and even bikes for wheeling. You can see many of these specials for yourself at the exhibition.

The exhibition is open as part of the NTM CSD Plasy Construction Exhibition from 26 May 2020, and is extended until 31 October 2021.
