Luigi Micheletti’s Award is European award for museums, which are seeking new ways of connecting contemporary history, industry and science, according to their complexity, context and interpretations. Award ceremony is held by European Museum Academy – EMA. National Technical Museum (NTM) has succeeded with its project of Centre for Building Heritage in Plasy and became confirmed candidate for Michelletti’s Award for 2017. Due to this event NTM is proud to be counted amongst the top class European museums.

Micheletti’s Award is given since 1996. This year it was for the third time the National Technical Museum attended this competition. In 1997 and in 2014 NTM was amongst the finalists. In 2017 NTM has proved again that it is rightfully considered as a member of best European museums family.
